Hi there - I’m Dave Navarro, time management coach to many a full-time online marketer. Since you’re here to find out a little more about me, here goes:

• I started online over a decade ago doing Quality Assurance in the IT/Internet divisions of Fortune 50 companies like Procter & Gamble and IBM. Translation: My career has been spent digging up the often difficult-to-find root causes of problems so that they could be fixed. Along the way I’ve had to master in-the-trenches time management skills because a typical software development project gives the QA team about 1/10 the time it really needs to do its job. So I’ve spent many years learning how to do everything I do “Better, Faster, Now!” in order to hit insane deadlines.

• I’ve also spent the last 20 years honing my networking skills so that I was the “go-to guy” for just about everything. I didn’t know everything, but I usually could point you to the person who did. I don’t know everybody, but I always seemed to know someone who could get you a little closer to the people you’re looking to meet. And those networking skills helped me to rise up the ladder quickly wherever I went, since I was able to solve so many people’s problems in just a few short conversations.

• And I’ve spent the last 5 years coaching online marketers, teaching them how to shave time off their schedules and get more done every single day. And that brings us to now …

• About a year ago, I got the blog bug, and started Million Dollar Leverage. I posted here and there, and never made much of it as it was very much a side project designed to get exposure for new coaching clients and to promote my time management audio coaching program. But now I’m in the blog business to build a solid, high-traffic blog, very quickly. And that’s where you are now.

This blog is all about giving you quick tips on how to leverage your time and resources to double your profits as frequently - and quickly - as possible. Without gimmicks. Without hype.  Just tips on how to do all the fundamentals that go into building a sustainable, profitable business, better … faster … now.
